PROOFS of love

I haven't ingested any vitamin Orange in a while cos all that bak kua and love letters from CNY have left me feeling a little fattened and lazy grazy. Plus, I just finished an intense two and a half day editorial training at Orange training centre today (More of that in a later post). But, I'm happy to say that I've been inspired again on two counts -

Catching up with my beloved fellow Oranges today: CK, MV, BH, BB, NT, GK and last but not least RC. It really is true that absence makes the heart grow fonder - it's only been 60 hours or so... but I miss you Oranges! Yay, pink moment calls for group hug! Somebody bring out the Carlsberg bottles now...

Orange romance is blossoming and it's harvest time! WM (resident sweetie pie editor from Johore and sometime panda bear) and KO (lao jiao Ah Beng designer from Ipoh and Romeo with umbrella and fast bike) are a couple. They got together while working on the recent primary science project and it seems that while prisci team gave MOE their first submission, WM and KO also submitted their work to Cupid, and he's approved, big time. Those photo shoots, late night banter over proofs, takeaway meals have certainly set the stage for their hearts to flutter...

Ladies and gents, you ask for proof of love, you get the PROOFS of love.

I'm gonna run into the ocean and scream at the top of my lungs, "Love changes changes everything, love makes the rules, and break your wings!"

The prisci team, namely GK, RC and moi can't get enough of teasing WM about her new beau, but rather than becoming a shrinking violet, the lovely lass is simply lapping it up, revelling in her ruby red blushing and love induced state of bliss... you go girl!

KO, on the other hand, is all pride and joy, having proudly displayed on his Mac, a loveydovey pic of them teaching each other a thing or two about the birds and the bees. Well KO, has the time finally come for you to hang up your playboy shimmy shoes and swap them for "lao gong" (Cantonese for hubby) loafers? I think there is a strong possibility, especially since the Orange has a track record of producing, or should I say ahem ahem, inducing couples to eventually walk down the aisle together.

Hey, talking about church bells ringing and saying "I do", wonder if "The Tie" could actually pull it off as a priest? He certainly has the celibacy for it. Nah, shouldn't be so mean to him, he's actually a really nice guy, pity about the tie and off colour jokes. But, he's trying hard, so we should be encouraging and supportive, and my sense of humour isn't the most politically correct or mainstream either...

But much of a muchness, and just like beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so too that humour is a very personal thingy, like say, a bikini stringy. Huh?
