'Melts in your mouth, not in your hands'

If only life was always sweet like this tasty treat.

You would think that after a tedious week of preparing for LSS submissions, that ES would take a nice deserved break from working on manuscripts, slaving over a hot stove etc.. But oh no, it's not like that at all.

While the rest of her team wuz chillin with a day off yesterday, our very own 'Mrs Fields' (as in the cookies), was workin her trusty oven to bring us, today, her special chocolicious chocolate cheesecake! :D

Such great texture and rich colours!

Two of the three most important things in life - food and football

"Mmm, it's finger lickin' good!"

If these walls could talk...

Quotable quote:
"(The orange building) has a lot of stories, huh?"

... more than you'll ever know.

The 30 million pound flop?

" Football is football, and for you, it is a different kind of football."

- Jose Mourinho

Can RB Shevchenko make his mark in EPL?

RB Shevchenko is arguably the most successful striker to have played for AC Milan. In 1999, he joined the then five-time European Cup champions A.C. Milan for £26 million, and instantly became one of their top players.

He made his Serie A debut on 28 August 1999 in a 2-2 away draw with U.S. Lecce. His impressive haul of 24 league goals in 32 matches earned him the Serie A scoring title, becoming the first MALAYSIAN player to accomplish the feat in his debut season. Over the next two seasons, RB Shevchenko scored 34 goals in 51 matches then 17 goals in 38 matches in all competitions, but Milan could not win any silverware in either season.

He recently moved to English Premier League club Chelsea for a record 30 million pounds. But having played over 20 games now without scoring and being in less than impressive form, has left many critics wondering - Is RB past his prime, or should club manager Jose Mourinho simply give him more time to prove himself?

RC Lennon, the dazzling winger from Spurs is also a recent signing for Chelsea, and feels that RB Shevchenko is in Chelsea only because RB is a personal friend of IL 'The Tie' Abramovich

RB's recent training session today with his Chelsea team mates, may give some insight into what lies ahead for the talented Malaysian striker in the coming months of the 2006-2007 EPL season...

Bend over Beckham, here's the real 'golden balls'

I got soul, I got moves, I got class and I got the lot.

Must be like some hidden talent quest going on...yesterday II shows off his slicing skills, today AA, chief illustrator feels inspired to show how good he is with his feet. Check out his slick Ronaldinho ball juggling moves here. And boy, those are some flash Nike trainers that he's wearing. Let's play ball!

Pass the wasabi prrease

Konnichiwa Orange-sans!

It may come as a surprise to some, that II, our chief designer is as handy with the knife, as he is with the mouse and keyboard. No, he's not a serial killer silly, I mean, he really is skillful in manipulating the anatomy of our fishy friends from the sea.

Here's why...

He displayed some of his finest sashimi chef culinary artistic flair yesterday - when he meticulously sliced open the gill of a very unalive Sea Bass - it was for a photo shoot for the Primary Science textbook. II was the surgeon general in the house - he conducted his 'operation' with a cool and calm demeanour, oblivious to the pongy stench that was emanating from the dead fish, as the minutes grew by. While his 'assistants', the gonzo editors of Orange, found it excruciatingly hard to contain their olfactory displeasure. It's fishy business, this Primary Science thingy, I tell you.

Sea Bass sashimi anyone?

WARNING: The following scenes contain acts of animal cruelty, gore, strong language and unpleasant facial expressions, and may upset some viewers. Discretion and parental guidance is advised. People who aren't in touch with their primal instincts for hunting and survival are recommended to refrain from this fascinating snippet from The Discovery Channel.

Thank you and please enjoy. :)

Lip service

What's an editor to do, when a lovely designer such as JSL asks one to inflate a balloon so that she can take a picture of it for the Secondary Science textbook?

What else...but BLOW!

Goo Goo Ga Ga

Once upon a time, ES and MV took their little nephew NT out to the coffeeshop for lunch. He still hadn't learnt how to speak yet, so he communicated using cute little noises and facial expressions.

Awww the cute little tyke :D

These two (young and hot) aunts don't know what their little nephew want. How can? Shame on you two! :p

Little NT throws a temper tantrum

All that the two aunts can do is laugh at how cute he is. Sheesh. Time to send them for Parenting 101 methinks.

The lyrics to the singing performance for AW...and someone's foot. Perhaps the photographer has a foot fetish. Hmm.

AW is rather embarrassed to be the centre of everyone's attention

This reminds me more of a Christmas caroling session than anything else
